Buffet does not have to mean bad, as this place amply demonstrates. Small batches of fresh, sizzling Chinese dishes are deftly refilled, rather than big pans left to get soggy and tired. The spring rolls are white-peppery crispy little wonders. Bright, strong flavors and subtle ones, washed down with bottomless Pepsi. I absolutely love this place, and that fact surprised me. Bad chef snob!
