River City is tapping a firkin of Mango Riverkeeper IPA and also introducing this year's Wine Barrel-Aged Huckleberry Ale for First Friday.

UPDATES THURSDAY 3/31

– The Lantern's April-long anniversary celebration kicks off Friday with the 4 p.m. tapping of No-Li's Tandem imperial red.

– Capone's in Hayden marks its third anniversary Saturday with happy hour prices all day and the acoustic duo Velvet Ridge at 9 p.m.

UPDATES TUESDAY 3/29

– A Mexican Chocolate and Raspberry Stout is this week's Wednesday small-batch offering from Daft Badger in Coeur d'Alene.

– Ninkasi will preview its upcoming Beer Run IPA on Thursday for participants in the Flying Irish Running Club's weekly outing, which leaves at 6 p.m. from Ripples Riverside Grill (bring your ID for sampling). 

 

A look at the upcoming week in local craft beer:

MONDAY

– A single-hop Mosaic the Red is the latest offering at Bennidito's Brewpub.

– Twelve String's beer of the week is Jam Session IPA, with $1 off pints and growler fills.

THURSDAY

– No-Li's new year-round canned beer, Big Juicy IPA, begins arriving at area stores. 

FRIDAY

– Orlison releases its first big-batch production ale, the Bloomsday-themed Shin Splints IPA, at the downtown taproom.

– Trickster's has a release party for its first bottled beers, Juice Box IPA and Hops on Parade double IPA, with $1 discounts on bomber sales.

– The Steam Plant's seasonal 1889 Imperial IPA and Whitman's Wheat return for First Friday.

SATURDAY

– Mad Bomber has a release party for its new India black ale from noon to 4, with $3.50 pints plus Summit Cider in the house.

– 7 Seas' Gose, Ballz Deep IPA and Cascadian Dark Ale will be featured in a tasting from 4 to 6 at Steady Flow Growler House.
