"Mia and the White Lion": A young girl moves with her family to Africa (the film was shot in South Africa) where she adopts a lion cub. Will it end up being the king?
More important, the Lantern will run Jia Zhang-ke's film "Ash is Purest White" only through the coming weekend. So if you want to see this Chinese import, at least on a moderately big screen, this is your last chance. It's definitely worth it.
