Get ready for the biggest explosion of fresh hop beers this side of Yakima.

The Lantern Tap House’s third annual Freshtival festival, today through Saturday, features 30 offerings made with this fall’s freshly harvested hops from 23 breweries throughout the Northwest.

Navigating them all will take a little planning; some are available in the outdoor tent, others inside, and several will pour on selected days only.  Friday is prime time, with 27 on tap, compared to 19 today and Saturday.

The lineup (scheduled to be available all three days, unless otherwise indicated) includes:

OUTDOOR

Laughing Dog: Hop Dog, 80 percent Amarillo and 20 percent assorted locally grown hops (5.6, 34).

No-Li: Amar-Uh-Oh red kettle sour (Amarillo, 5.5, 10).

Paradise Creek: Alpha Madness IPA (Citra/Mosaic/Equinox, 6.8, 73).

River City: Funkadelicious (Mosaic, 6.7, 70).

Sockeye: Double Dagger Imperial IPA (Cascade/Simcoe/Chinook, 9, 180)

Trickster’s: The Hoppit IPA (Citra/Simcoe, 6.5).

Twelve String: Simcoe IPA (6.3) and Equinox IPA (6.2).

Base Camp: Gnar Gnar IPA (Centennial/Sterling, 6.7, 60), today only.

Laurelwood: Free Range Red (Amarillo, 6.1), today only.

Perry:  Fresh Hop IPA (Simcoe/Citra, 6.5, 65), today only.

Breakside: Mosaic Bomb Pale (6 percent alcohol by volume, 58 International Bitterness Units), today-Friday; Simcoe IPA (6.4, 74), Friday-Saturday.

Double Mountain: Killer Green (Brewer’s Gold/Simcoe, 7.6, 96), today-Friday; Killer Red (Perle, 7.3, 85), Friday-Saturday.

Iron Goat: Simcoe Citra IPA (6.5), today-Friday; SpoHop, brewed with a variety of fresh hops contributed by customers, Friday-Saturday.

Payette: Wet ‘N Wilder Pale (Chinook, 5.5), today-Friday; Ah Ha! Eureka IPA (Citra, 6.5, 70), Friday-Saturday.

Beer Valley: Tri-State IPA (Centennial/Simcoe/Cascade, 5.5, 20), Friday-Saturday.

Ecliptic: Altair Pale (Amarillo, 5.8, 45), Friday-Saturday.

Ninkasi: Green Haze Pale (Cascade, 5.3, 40), Friday-Saturday.

INDOOR

HUB: Nonstop Hef Hop session wheat (Fuggle, 3.9).

Big Sky: Scape Goat Pale (Chinook/Brewer’s Gold/Yeoman, 5, 40), today-Friday.

Full Sail: Cascade Pilsner (6, 60), today-Friday.

Payette: Fression Session IPA (Citra, 4.5), today-Friday.

Trickster’s: Hop Box IPA (Simcoe/Citra, 7.2), today-Friday.

Hale’s: Session IPA (Cascade, 5, 47), Friday-Saturday.

Oakshire: Centurion Pale (Centennial, 5.6, 100), Friday-Saturday.

Wallace: Vindicator IPA (dry-hopped with Cascade, 7, 70), Friday-Saturday.

All are available for $5 per pint, or $3 for an 8-ounce pour. Tent hours are 4 to 10 p.m. today and Friday, and noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday.

Afterward, there’s live singer/songwriter music tonight at 10 by John Craigie, and Friday at 9 by Bart Budwig and Josh Hedlund.
