when you're willing to tolerate a crappy glass of wine simply because it's poured to the rim and costs you less than $5, I suggest you pay a visit to the Off Regal Lounge (locals call it the ORL, aka, the Oral).

There's a good chance you've rolled past this place a time or two and thought it was a storage facility rental office or something random like that. Next time, stop in. The service is friendly, the crowd is eclectic as hell and, seriously, the pours are way that side of stingy. 

You'll find this hidden gem just off 30th and Regal.
