The secret to a good cup of coffee …

I suppose drinking coffee is an appropriate post under Food & Dining, though I would probably prefer to list it under Life Essentials. Anyway, I've been posting photos of baristas from some of the places where I like to buy my coffee. The above photo is of Cassie, who works at the Starbucks sitting near the intersection of Grand and 13th. I've posted three coffee photos now, and they've all been of attractive young woman. Just a coincidence, really. Though I'm pretty sure those doing the hiring know their clientele. Whatever. Keeps me coming back. That and the coffee, of course.
