1426 S. Lincoln, Spokane, WA
The typically bustling Bennidito's is best known for its hand-tossed pizzas (and cheese-coated, baked-dough “beer buddies,” addictive with the accompanying dipping sauces), but also has carved out a niche in the local beer scene. It devotes most of its 10 taps to a respectable variety of local and regional brews, including some from its younger sister Bennidito's Brewpub on East Sprague. There's a nitro tap for extra-creamy pours (though the former cask beer handle has been converted into a wine tap); 12-ounce schooners are available along with full pints, as well as growlers to go. Individual breweries are occasionally highlighted on special nights. There’s limited seating at the metal-topped bar, surrounded by beer signs and posters, along with high tables and booths throughout the spacious dining area and both sidewalk tables and a deck outside off Lincoln Street. Calzones, pasta, sandwiches and salads round out the sizable menu.
