Self-Hypnosis for Self-Care: A Happier and Healthier You
Mondays July 1-August 19 at 6-8 p.m. Participants will learn to experience the comfort and relaxation of hypnosis and access the wealth of knowledge and abilities of their subconscious mind to enjoy a happier and healthier life. The lecture, experience and practice format gives attendees the self-hypnosis tools to solve problems, relieve pain, enhance memory, deal with unwanted habits and reduce stress. Held in Building 50, Room 109.
