Never before seen color footage shot by director William Wyler, one of several Hollywood directors recruited by the U.S. military to document and create films about World War II. Wyler went to Europe in 1943 to document the Air War. The raw color footage was originally shot for the film “The Memphis Belle” and was recently discovered in the vaults of the National Archives and reconstructed. Included is a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the footage. 95 minutes.
