You never know, walking into a small-town Chinese place, what you're going to find. This one in Cheney is first-rate. Absolutely first-rate. Authentic handmade homemade food by a hardworking chef and his wife. It's a little pricey, frankly, but completely worth it. One of the best Chinese restaurants on my very long list.
