Probably Spokane's tastiest and healthiest food and yet Spokane's best kept secret. It is amazing how many people don't know about this place. It is the cafe at the museum but the food is out of this world. I am a regular now and I have taken people there from all kinds of life and nationalities - yet to see a person that does not fall in love with their food. Healthy, fresh, unique and above all tasty!
