Capsule review:

Looks as if this zombie series will be as enduring as George Romero's. In this sequel to "28 Days Later," the infection is halted until a brother and sister unwittingly bring it into the London compound that guards remaining humanity, setting off mass bloodletting. There's little room here for acting; mostly, it's just run, shoot, bite and die.
