Grilled Beef Tri-Tip and Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce with Chef David Ross

Presentation-style class. Chimichurri is a sauce served with roasted meats made with fresh parsley, oregano, mint, garlic, jalapeno and red wine vinegar. Chef David will demonstrate how to grill beef tri-tip both indoor in the oven and in an outdoor grill and serve a side dish of simple roasted small potatoes.
