French Bistro Dinner with Chef David Ross

Presentation-style class. Chef David will walk through essential French techniques for a salad of pear, bleu cheese, toasted hazelnuts and greens with a walnut oil vinaigrette. Then he will demonstrate how to make a French-style slow-braised beef in red wine served with pasta.
