Cooking Class: Focaccia, the Ancient Bread
Focaccia is yeasted flat bread which belongs to the northern shores of the Mediterranean. There will be a twist on the classical antiquity with balsamic caramelized onion and goat cheese. Chef Jeannie will lead a demonstration on infused olive oils and vinegars that can be tried at home. Enjoy a glass of wine or beer upon arrival and another with the meal. Class will culminate in a meal served family-style inside the historic Commellini Estate’s main venue. Each participant will receive a recipe card to take home.
