Slow-Roasted Barbacoa for your Superbowl Party

Chef David will teach how to make Mexican barbacoa beef and the accompaniments for a Superbowl party barbacoa buffet. Attendees will also learn how to make chipotle-pepita salsa, guacamole and pickled red onions. Chef David will show how to use the barbacoa beef in tostadas, tortas and street tacos, and serve everything buffet style. Price reflects current market prices of quality meats.
