Tofu is a versatile food that can be used in more than just Asian dishes. Jamie will teach attendees how to create classic Mexican recipes made with tofu. Watch as she prepares three recipes and discusses how and when to use different tofu textures, cooking and storing methods, along with how to create and work with Thousand Layer Tofu. On the menu: classic fajitas with a cilantro lime dip, chili verde burritos, and a traditional Mexican dessert.
