“Not your Mamma’s Meatloaf” with Chef Mark Steinmetz

In this class Chef Mark will show attendees how to re-invent this classic dinnertime staple. Mark will teach how to make a bacon-wrapped meatloaf using not beef as well as pork. He will pair this with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and smother it in a mushroom onion demi-glace.
