“Hate Groups, Bias and Action Steps: A Panel Discussion on Race and Ethnicity”

Serious issues and tensions in our society today are again presenting us with the opportunity to understand the underlying causes of bias, ‘us versus them’ thinking, fear and hate. The panel will be composed of speakers from local universities with presentations on hate groups, implicit bias and Catholic social teaching. Resources and representatives from local human rights and diversity organizations will be available for follow up information and opportunities.
