Blood Pressure Self-Management Program
This four-week class series will give you the tools to take control of cardiovascular health. Topics include: healthy eating, how to reduce salt in your diet, physical activity for heart health and how and when to take your blood pressure. Those who attend all four sessions will receive a digital blood monitor. Four-week sessions begin July 10, Sept. 7 and Nov. 6.
