Getting out to walk for 30 minutes a day is a great way to start and continue your fitness journey. With the support and encouragement of others, we begin and finish our walk, with some gentle stretches, at the library. Sessions will occur rain or shine. Session will be Wednesdays from June 6-27 at 8 a.m.
