Chef and Food Activist Bryant Terry
Bryant Terry is a James Beard Foundation Leadership Award-winning chef, educator and author renowned for his activism to create a healthy, just and sustainable food system. April 24 at 7 p.m., Terry will be presenting a lecture on his life as an eco-chef, food activist and author of several vegan friendly cook books. His lecture will be followed by a Q&A. April 25 at 10:30 a.m., Terry will conduct a cooking demonstration for students in Building 16.
