Menu includes fromage blanc chees spread, mussels with herb vinaigrette, cassoulet-style chicken thighs, celery and bleu cheese slaw, leek and potato soup, boeuf a la Bourguignon, souffles, bacon and onion tart and apple cinnamon bostock. Cocktails will include a French martini, Kir Imperial, Grand Espirit and Fleur de lis.
