Mindful Self-Compassion for Adults
Feb. 6-March 27. This eight-week training program is designed to cultivate self-compassion. After the workshop, participants will be able to practice self-compassion, understand its benefits, motivate with kindness rather than criticism, handle emotions with greater ease and manage caregiver fatigue.
