Nutrition and Exercise Physiology Heath & Fitness Clinic
Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10-1:40 p.m. and 4:30-6 p.m. through April 24. The NEP Health and Fitness Clinic is a combination of one-on-one (health and wellness coaching), student-led group exercise (GEX), and Healthy Lifestyle classes or workshops that take place during the times noted above. You are welcome to take part in all aspects of the Clinic depending on your personal goals. The goal of the NEP Health & Fitness clinic is to help you take steps to reduce your risk factors for chronic disease, such as diabetes, cancer, and heart disease, by improving eating habits and increasing physical activity.
