Featuring cultural performances, art, music, slideshows, speakers and food. At this celebration, a proclamation will be read to recognize Vietnamese Heritage Day, the yellow Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag, and to honor Vietnam veterans. Organized by the Vietnamese-American Senior Association of Spokane and friends.
