March 21. The Spokane chapter of the American Sleep Apnea Association is hosting a free patient-provider informational meeting. Learn about risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and new treatment options for this dangerous sleep disorder. This session will focus on the connection between sleep apnea and stroke, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease and depression. Treatment options discussed will include CPAP, oral appliance protocol and combination therapies.
