2017 Coeur d’Alene Blues Festival
March 31-April 2. Headliner acts include Laith Al-Saadi, a finalist on NBC’s “The Voice;” Stacy Jones Band, winner of the 2015 International Music and Entertainment Association award for Best Blues Song with “Can’t Do Nothin’ Right;” Ty Curtis Band, two-time winner of the Cascade Blues Association Curtis Salgado Male Vocalist Award; and Robin Barrett & Coyote Kings, 2014 Empire Award for Best Blues Band and Barrett for Best Blues Guitarist. Also performances by Sara Brown Band, Charlie Butts & The Filter Tips, The Doghouse Boyz and more. Friday night kicks off with a blues cruise and after party in the Resort Plaza Shops; Saturday, beginning at 4 p.m. with main stage performances and continue until midnight, which includes a daytime rooftop party and several free bonus performances that take place throughout the resort; Sunday wraps up with an amazing gospel blues brunch at Dockside Restaurant and a blues brunch cruise on the lake.
