Culinary Classes at Dahmen Barn
Clarkston author Paula Coomer, who believes in taking control of health by making informed food choices, will lead a day-long workshop at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown titled “The Fun and Surprising World of Plant-Based Foods” on March 25, then follow up with an evening workshop on March 29 on Gluten-Free Living. The March 25 workshop will be held from 9 am to 5 pm and includes lunch plus morning and afternoon snacks from recipes in Paula’s cookbook. The cost is $85 with registrations required by March 21. The gluten topic is from 6 to 9 pm on March 29 costs $45 with registrations required by March 27.
