Town Hall Meetings for Nuclear Weapons Workers

Informational sessions hosted by the U.S. Labor Department, to notify current and former nuclear weapons employees who worked at two covered facilities in Richland about the benefits available to them under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act. Survivors of qualified workers also may be entitled to benefits. EEOICPA is administered by the Division of Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation, part of the Labor Department’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs. A DEEOIC representative will present an overview of Parts B and E of the EEOICPA. Representatives from the JOTG will also be presenting information about their programs. An audience question and answer session will follow. Two sessions will be held, noon and 6 p.m.
