Turkey and Greece
Corbin Board Member Virginia Wood recently traveled to Greece and Turkey and was delighted by their culture and sights. She is going to share part of her experiences in words and pictures. This seminar is followed by a Mediterranean luncheon at noon. The menu will excite your pallet with Turkish Red Lentil Soup with Mint, Tabouli Salad with Parsley, Clove Spiced Apples with Yogurt, Pita Bread with Hummus and of course something to wash it all down with.
