Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness invite you to the State of the Scotchmans on May 14 for a great evening of fun with your Friends, including a presentation from Heather “Anish” Anderson, the holder of the fastest unsupported time on the Pacific Crest Trail: 2,655 miles in 60 days, 17 hours and 12 minutes - 43 miles a day! Besides learning what makes “Anish” tick, we’ll honor the 2014 Old Goat and other volunteers, enjoy light appetizers from the Charter School kitchen and sip some adult beverages from Eichardt’s no-host bar.
