The second annual KYRS summer music festival is the only solar-powered music festival in the Northwest, and highlights local artists and independent groups from the region. This all-day family friendly event includes a community village of non-profit booths, beer garden, food court and kids activities. It is low-impact, with a bike corral and recycling/composting. Lineup: Rogue Wave, Seattle’s The Hoot Hoots and Fly Moon Royalty, Boise’s Marshall Poole, Tri-Cities’ Vaughn Jensen Band, and local favorites Folkinception, Floating Crowbar and the Angela Marie Project. Doors open at noon.
