Dr. Bill Proser is the founder of and a teacher at Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy, a college prep charter school in its 15th year of operation recently rated the #1 school in Idaho and the 59th in the nation by The Washington Post. Bill taught and coached for the Coeur d’Alene School District for over 20 years before founding the Academy. He holds a B.A. in English from Pacific University, an M.A. in English from Arizona State University, an M.A. in Educational Administration from the University of Idaho and a PhD from Gonzaga University. Bill has studied the Holocaust and World Religions for 35 years and has taught at both the high school and college levels. Reservations required. Presented by Spokane College Women’s Association.
