In this class Chef Colomba Aguilar of Café Carambola will discuss information regarding rice and saffron variations and quality - two ingredients critical to the paella-making process, as well as essential techniques. Colomba will teach you the art of creating a deliciously colorful and flavorful paella dish that is unique to your own taste and liking.
