Dec. 4, 6:30 p.m. King Solomon’s Mines: Fact or Fiction. Uncover the story and unravel the mystery behind King Solomon’s mines with geologist, historian, and author Art Randall. Free, no registration needed. Dec. 5, noon to 2 p.m. Christmas Card Making Class. Tracy Henry will guide the class in stamping and die cut techniques to make two Christmas theme cards. Free, all materials will be provided. Registration required. Dec. 10, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Essential Oils of the Bible. Jamie and Mark Pendergast will explore the history of essential oils and their use in religious ceremonies found in the Old and New Testaments. Free, no registration needed. Dec. 14, 1 to 2:30 p.m. Finding Your Ancestors: Courthouse Records & Treasures Kimberly Morgan will teach concrete tactics for accessing deeds, wills, birth and death certificates, and other documents that are only found at the courthouse.
