11 a.m., Local gardening expert Tonie Fitzgerald presents “Gardening in the Inland Northwest” and will answer the toughest gardening questions. 3 p.m., D. E. (Eric) Aston is professor at the University of Idaho in the Department of Chemical and Materials Engineering and presents his fantasy novel “Fearfully Made.” 4 p.m., Bill Dienst, MD, co-editor of “Freedom Sailors,” will talk about how 44 intrepid passengers broke through Israel’s illegal blockade on Gaza in August 2008. They sailed in the face of overwhelming odds and made it in spite of themselves. The two fishing boats, Free Gaza and Liberty, sailed into port where 40,000 Palestinians waited to joyously greet them.
