Wine: 2011 Willow Crest Winery Pinot Gris; Course #3: Pate, truffles and cured meats. Wine: 2010 Willow Crest Winery Cabernet Franc; Courses #4 & 5: Two specialty appetizer courses prepared by Executive Chef Brad Emery and his culinary team. Dessert: A specialty build-your-own dessert bar.
