Richard Sayre will discuss basic estate planning and the use of health care and financial powers of attorney. The goal is ensuring that your estate passes to your heirs exactly as you intend and that you have people in place to care for you should you become disabled. You will also learn methods to minimize or eliminate estate tax at death, the specialized documents and planning techniques required for disability and long term care, and methods to reduce the cost of probate or avoid it altogether.
