March 9-10. River City Modelers Club will have their 45 x 48-foot double-deck layout open to the public for viewing. The River City Western Model Train layout has most of the track in; scenery work is progressing and more buildings are appearing on the layout. Saturday, 4-8 p.m. and Sunday, noon-4 p.m.
