Presented by Connoisseur Concerts. Festival begins with Gunther Schuller conducting the Bach Festival Orchestra and Chorus and vocal soloists Janet Brown, soprano; Deborah Rentz-Moore, mezzo; Rockland Osgood, tenor; and Donald Wilkinson, baritone. The program includes J.S. Bach’s Cantata 157 and Beethoven’s rarely performed Mass in C, Op. 86.
