Robert Keiter, a professor of natural resources law at the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinley College of Law, will speak. Keiter has been published extensively in the field of ecosystems and resource management, focusing on the National Parks system, specifically within the Northwestern U.S. By focusing questions of climate change through a lens of ecosystem and resource management, Keiter brings a unique perspective to an intense debate.
