In this six-week class based on Don Miguel Ruiz Jr.’s book The Five Levels of Attachment, we will explore the ways in which we attach ourselves to beliefs and the world, and how each level of attachment – authentic self, preference, identification, internalization, and fanaticism - causes suffering in our lives and traps us in a psychological and spiritual fog. We’ll then be invited to reclaim our true freedom by cultivating awareness, detaching, and discovering our true selves.
