Dorothy Edwards is creator of the Green Dot Violence-Prevention Strategy. Green Dot is an initiative to involve bystanders safely when power-based personal violence, including bullying, stalking, partner violence and sexual assault, takes place. Edwards holds a doctorate in counseling psychology from Texas Woman’s University.
