The two day conference will be a unique bi-state opportunity to share information, network with others and reach out to the public. Local and regional approaches to addressing water quality, water resource and stewardship concerns will be highlighted throughout. Spokane Mayor David Condon is the keynote speaker. He will discuss the vision and benefits that he and staff see for applying Integrated Management Planning to meet Spokane’s stormwater and combined sewer overflow needs.
