Wine pairing: 2010 Watermill Viognier, Columbia Valley; 2nd course: Brandied Apricot Salad: Brandy macerated apricots, baby greens, candied pecans & feta cheese dressed with a strawberry-balsamic reduction. Wine pairing: 2010 Matthews Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley; 3rd course: Scallop crepe with Boursin goat cheese & dill Bearnaise sauce. Wine pairing: 2009 Powers Winery “Spectrum” Red Blend, Columbia Valley; Entree course: Center-cut Sirloin steak with three-cheese lobster melange, shallot & leek quinoa and roasted baby vegetable medley. Wine pairing: 2009 Powers Winery “Spectrum” Red Blend, Columbia Valley; Dessert course: Strawberry napoleon; with layers or Mascarpone cream, puff pastry and drunk strawberries.
