“A Question of Permanence”

The Seattle-based artists, SuttonBeresCuller, examine “”our impact on memory, community and society by asking ‘What are we leaving behind?’” SuttonBerresCuller (John Sutton, Ben Beres and Zac Culler) met at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, where they each received bachelors degrees in fine arts. Their work includes installation, performance, gallery works, public tours and floating islands. They have exhibited at the Henry Gallery and Lawrimore Projects in Seattle and at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Their work also can be seen in the public collections of the San Jose International Airport, Woodinville (Wash.) High School and throughout Seattle through the department of transportation.
