The Fab 14, chosen from Spokane County high school seniors, will be competing for over $18,000 in scholarships. The Royal Court will represent Spokane youth during the Spokane Lilac Festival 75th ‘Diamond’ Anniversary Armed Forces Torchlight Parade on May 18. Purchase tickets at www.spokanelilacfestival.org.
