INCED’s Teen Summit is an event open to area teenagers to learn more about body image, media literacy, eating disorders, societal pressures of physical appearance and stereotypes, as well as health and wellness. There will be a film earlier in the day to spark discussion, followed by break away sessions that will include yoga, art, and workshops by other professionals and community members. Our hope is that the Summit will promote frank and open discussion about pressures on the younger generation and what he/she can do to keep themselves safe and healthy. This event is FREE and open to all Spokane area teenagers. Lunch will be provided!
