Cheese Extravaganza Featuring Cheese Carver Sarah Nep

Sample cheeses from around the world. Artist Sarah Nep will carve her art out of cheese. One of four carvers in the nation who specialize in cheese, Nep has worked with blocks weighing from 40 pounds to 2,000 pounds and says it takes a minimum of four hours to carve a 40-pound block. Cheese experts will answer your questions, give you recipes, and let you sample a variety of cheeses from around the world. Experts from The Spokane Wine Co. will offer advice on pairing gourmet cheese with delicious wines.
